A Month Inside Linchpin.

We work in four-week cycles with a structured process for growing your business, developing your leadership, and creating a fulfilling life on your terms.

Your first cycle begins with an onboarding call. Together, we assess where you stand in your business, leadership, and life. We get clarity about what’s working, what needs attention, and what changes you’ll commit to. Then we create your first Game Plan, with clear goals and practical steps to start making progress, fast.

As you put your plan into action, you can rely on the support of your mastermind peers. Bring a challenge, opportunity, or decision to our monthly mastermind meetings or connect with other members directly throughout the month.

You also have full access to playbooks with the strategies, frameworks, and tools that help you take action and reach your goals.

Throughout it all, you have private one-on-one coaching with me, plus two office hours calls each week where you can get coached directly in a group setting. 

Every four weeks, we review your progress, celebrate the wins, and reassess what needs attention. You update your Game Plan and we continue building momentum across all three areas.
